Delivery Process

Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.

Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check your order status.

Shipping Time

During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date. Please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations:

NORTH AMERICA: 8-15 business days EUROPE: 8-15 business days Australia: 8-15 business days Other: 10-30 business days

Note: The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping Delivery

If the order shows that it has been delivered, and the customer responds that the item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Items shown as delivered but not received will not be refunded.

We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). All delivery times are estimates, and Retro Dockie is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
